The leak was reported Tuesday. It's Friday, and the owner is asking who has it.
One record for every building you clean or maintain. An owner and a clock on every problem, and your client can see it.
One offer: start with a 60 day pilot on three of your buildings. Unlimited crew, no per user fee. You'll talk to the people who run it, not a sales team.

What you get
Four things that end the Friday phone call.
Every problem gets an owner and a clock
A tenant, a QR scan or your own staff reports it. Someone is assigned the minute it lands, and the clock runs until it is closed with a photo.
Proof your client can see
Inspections are scored, photographed and verified by a scan at the spot, not a GPS point nearby. Your client opens the same record and a running satisfaction survey in their own dashboard. No Friday phone call.
Crews can actually use it
Their own phones, Spanish or English, working offline in a basement. Clock-in is checked against the building, and timesheets come out ready for payroll.
Nothing scattered
A QR label on every asset with its service history, preventive maintenance on schedule, and vendor insurance tracked to its expiry date.
Works alongside what you run
Keep your scheduling and billing tools. This is the proof layer.
Most cleaning companies already run something for scheduling, payroll or invoicing. Embeea doesn't ask you to replace it: it's where the scan, the photo and the inspection score live, so your client can watch, next to whatever you already use for the business side. Want it connected? Tell us what you run on the walkthrough; we build a custom connection, we don't sell a ready-made one.
Getting started
Live the same week you start.
Send your building and crew list, we load it and print the QR labels. A sample building is already there so the first screen isn't empty. Your crew signs in by phone code, in English or Spanish, no company email required, with a guide library in the app for anything they're not sure about.
Who built it
Built by operators. Proven every night.
Embeea is built alongside operators who run real buildings, every night, not designed in a vacuum. Your account is your own: nobody else can see it, and you can export everything and leave.
One client running Embeea today:
As of November 2026.
The same report your client opens.
A score, the deficiencies found, the area covered. No phone call to get an answer.

A deficiency becomes a work order, on the spot.
Mark it during the inspection and a work order is created right there, with the photo attached.

See it yourselfSample data
Or skip the screenshots. Open it live.
The portal above is a real screenshot. Tap in and you're looking at the actual thing, loaded with sample data.
The pilot
Sixty days, three buildings, one pilot.
Pick three buildings, including the one that gives you the most trouble. We load them, print the QR labels, and train the crew leads in the first week. Your client gets a portal login in week two. We write the success criteria with you on day one, so by day sixty you're looking at numbers, not a feeling.
If you convert, the pilot fee is credited to your first year. If you don't, you keep the record of those sixty days and we part friends.
What owners ask us
Straight answers.
The rest of the questions are on the home page.
You're a cleaning company. Why would I hand you my clients' data?
Embeea Technologies is a separate corporation from the cleaning company that built it. Your data lives in your own account, nobody at the cleaning company can see it, that's in the contract, and you can export everything and leave.
My crews won't scan.
Ours did, and they're the same crews. It's faster than the paper checklist, it's in Spanish, and the supervisor sees who scanned and who didn't the same night. That last part is what makes it stick.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You export everything, any time, in a form you can open without us: scans, photos, inspections, work orders, time records and documents. It's in the agreement, not a promise.
Do I have to buy tablets?
No. It runs on the phones your crew already carries, including the old ones, and it works offline in basements and mechanical rooms.
How long to go live?
Week one. We load the first buildings and print the QR labels. Your crew scans on night one.
Bring one building and one complaint that's still open.
In 20 minutes you'll see it as a scan, a photo and a work order with a clock, and what your client would see in the portal. Then you'll know whether it fits.
