Embeea Terms of Service

Embeea is a workforce management application operated by Millennium Facility Services.

Use of the Service

Embeea provides workforce management, training, inspections, and scheduling tools to facility services and janitorial organizations and their employees. You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable law.

SMS Messaging Program Terms

By entering your mobile phone number on the Embeea login screen and tapping Send Code, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Embeea. The program delivers one-time login verification codes (two-factor authentication) so you can sign in to your account.

• Program: Embeea login verification codes.
• Message frequency: Recurring based on your activity. Codes are sent only when you request to sign in.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages.
• Help: Reply HELP for help, or email support@embeea.com.
• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information and messaging opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

Accounts and Security

You are responsible for keeping your account and mobile device secure. Notify us of any unauthorized use.
