Embeea Privacy Policy

Embeea is a workforce management application for facility services and janitorial companies, operated by Millennium Facility Services.

Information We Collect

Account information: name, email address, mobile phone number, and profile photo.
Work data: time records, inspections, training progress, and job assignments.
Device and usage data: used to operate and secure the Service.

How We Use Your Information

To verify your identity and sign you in to the Embeea app.
To provide workforce management and training features.
To send account and work-related notifications you have opted in to receive.
To secure your account and comply with legal obligations.

SMS and Text Messaging

Embeea uses SMS text messages to deliver one-time login verification codes (two-factor authentication). When you enter your mobile phone number on the Embeea login screen and tap Send Code, you consent to receive a single SMS containing your login verification code.

Message types: One-time login verification codes and, where you opt in, account or work-related notifications.
Message frequency: Varies. Verification codes are sent only when you request to sign in.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile carrier plan.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help.

Mobile information and messaging opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Phone numbers are used only to operate the Service, including delivering login verification codes through our messaging provider (Twilio).

Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

Your employer, for employment-related administration.
Service providers that operate the Service (cloud hosting, error tracking, and messaging).
Authorities when required by law.

Data Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, row-level access controls, and audit logging to protect your data.

Your Rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You may withdraw consent for optional messaging at any time by replying STOP.
